Private Ceremonies
If you are someone who brings groups to the Sacred Valley of Peru and would like to organize one or more private ceremonies, please contact us at @ayasairy to answer your questions.
The ceremonies are held in a community called La Pacha, at an altitude of 3,000 meters, surrounded by mountains and nature. There you will find the Maha Temple, which has all the necessary amenities to ensure an unforgettable experience.
If the group is staying at another center in the valley that is equipped to hold ceremonies, we can perform them there.
As part of the experience, we can incorporate sound therapies as well as group and personal integrations.
The Maha Templo
Before you participate in an Ayahuasca Ceremony:
-
We recommend having a light vegetarian lunch avoiding excess sugar, salt and spicy sauces
-
Not eat anything after 2pm on the day of the ceremony to prepare your body for receiving Ayahuasca
-
Wear comfortable, warm clothing (preferably that doesn't make noise when you move).
-
Bring a small flashlight and a bottle of water.
-
Avoid eating meat and heavy foods at least 5 days before the Ayahuasca ceremony.
-
Do not consume alcohol 7 days before the Ayahuasca ceremony.
-
Before the Ayahuasca Ceremony begins, we will talk about the medicine, explain how we will hold the space during the night, and answer any questions.
The Power of Plants
Power Plants are a sacred bridge to our own inner medicine.
They activate empowerment, strength, magic, and many other qualities that dwell deep within our being.
Plants don't put things into us, they help us remove what is not right inside our body and soul, rather they help us let go of what distances us from our essence. They bring us back to our natural state: luminous, balanced, and free.
Every time we take a glass of medicine, we are actually drinking a glass of ourselves. We face our strengths and weaknesses, and from there, the inner strength arises to transform ourselves and live more authentically, in coherence with our true selves.
Just as plants help us, we must also help them, surrendering to their wisdom, trusting in the magic that comes from the Mother Jungle, lungs of the planet and birthplace of this ancient medicine.
Ayahuasca and Chacruna
Sacred vine of the Amazon, shaped like a boa, embracing the trees of our dear mother jungle.
This plant helps us to get to know ourselves better on this infinite journey called self-discovery.
When cooked, it is mixed with a bush called Chacruna, and together they invite us to the visions.
The Ancestors in the Jungle say that Mother Ayahuasca is the book and Chacruna is the light that illuminates the book so that the message can be received more clearly.
They call mother Ayahuasca the plant of death, where we die and are reborn, leaving behind our fears, insecurities, and everything that prevents us from being happy.
It encourages us in a collective prayer of consciousness and understanding, leaving behind what society expects of us and inviting us to be ourselves at every moment and every second with strength from the heart so that we can spread transparency and clarity to ourselves and, in this way, to the planet.
This is an explanation of Ayahuasca that we can understand within our language, without leaving behind the language of the power plants, which invite us into this unknown world and little by little make us realize that we are also part of it.
